Account Registration

User Obligations and Account Security

  • Accuracy of information: You must ensure that all information you provide during registration and throughout the life of your Account is accurate, complete, and up to date. You must promptly update any changes to your details.
  • Password and access: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for restricting access to your Account and devices. Any activity conducted under your username and password will be deemed to have been carried out by you.
  • Prohibited use: You may not:

Betting & Gameplay Rules

General Rules of Play

  • Game rules: All bets and game rounds are governed by the specific rules of each Game as presented on the Website, including paytables, help files, and any Game-specific notices. By placing a Bet, you accept the Game rules.
  • RNG and fairness: For non-live Games, outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator technology. Placing Bets and Limits

  • Bet acceptance: A Bet is deemed accepted once it is confirmed by the relevant Game server and appears in your transaction history or game log. Withdrawals and Processing

  • Pending period and cancellations: In some cases, withdrawals may remain pending for a limited period, during which you may be able to cancel the request and return funds to your Account balance. Once processed, withdrawal requests generally cannot be reversed.

Refunds, Chargebacks, and Adjustments

Refunding Bets and Bonuses

Exclusions of Liability

    • Interruptions, delays, or failures caused by your internet connection, hardware, software, or device;
    • Malfunctions of third-party systems, payment providers, or telecommunications networks;
    • Game or system errors that are promptly corrected and for which stakes are refunded or Bets are voided in accordance with these Terms.
  • Indirect or consequential loss: The Operator is not responsible for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of the Services, even if the Operator has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • Player responsibility: You are solely responsible for:
    • The legality of your use of the Services in your jurisdiction;
    • The security of your devices and internet connection;
    • Any losses resulting from your own actions, including irresponsible gambling or failure to adhere to responsible gambling tools or limits.

Maximum Liability and Statutory Rights

  • Cap on liability: Subject to Applicable Law and any non-excludable statutory rights, the Operator's total aggregate liability to you for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Services (whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise) shall not exceed:

Changes to Terms

Termination & Suspension

Operator's Right to Suspend or Terminate

    • You provide false, misleading, or incomplete information;
    • There are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, collusion, money laundering, or other unlawful activity;
    • You initiate chargebacks or otherwise dispute legitimate transactions without reasonable basis;
    • Required by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission, Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario, iGaming Ontario, or other competent authority.
  • Interim measures: During investigation of any suspected breach or irregular activity, the Operator may temporarily suspend your Account, freeze funds, and/or restrict withdrawals until the matter is resolved.

Player-Initiated Closure

  • Voluntary closure: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. The Operator will process such requests within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding verification checks and Applicable Law.
  • Self-exclusion: Where available under provincial or territorial responsible gambling regulations, you may request self-exclusion for a specified period or indefinitely. Self-exclusion will be implemented in accordance with the applicable responsible gambling policies and may affect your access to related brands within the operator group and/or provincial systems (e.g., iGaming Ontario network).

Consequences of Termination

  • Funds on termination: Upon closure of your Account (whether by you or the Operator), the Operator will, subject to Applicable Law and any legal or regulatory holds:
    • Pay out your Real Money Balance (less any amounts owed to the Operator) to you via an agreed withdrawal method; and
    • Cancel any active Bonuses and Bonus Balances, together with associated winnings that have not met wagering or other conditions.
  • Forfeiture in serious breach cases: In cases of serious breach, fraud, or unlawful conduct, the Operator may, to the extent permitted by Applicable Law and regulatory direction:
    • Void Bets and promotions;
    • Withhold or confiscate winnings or Bonuses obtained through such conduct;
    • Report the conduct to relevant authorities and regulators.
  • Record retention: The Operator may retain records of your Account and transactions for such period as required by law, regulation, and its regulatory licences (including those of the Kahnawake Gaming Commission and Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario), even after Account closure.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Applicable Law

  • Ontario Players: For Players registered and playing under the Ontario licence of Apollo Entertainment Ltd (AGCO licence number OPIG1238914, under agreement with iGaming Ontario), these Terms and your relationship with the Operator are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, subject to mandatory provisions of Applicable Law.
  • Non-Ontario Canadian Players: For Players resident in Canada outside Ontario, accessing the Services under the Kahnawake Gaming Commission licence number 00892 held by Fresh Horizons Ltd, these Terms and your relationship with the Operator are governed by the laws applicable in Kahnawake, Canada, together with relevant federal laws of Canada, subject to mandatory provisions of the laws of your home province or territory where applicable.

Dispute Resolution

  • Internal complaint process: If you have a complaint or Dispute, you must first contact customer support and allow the Operator a reasonable opportunity (normally up to 14 days, unless a different period is required by Applicable Law or regulation) to investigate and respond. You should provide all relevant details, including your username, the time and date of the incident, and supporting evidence.
  • Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR):
    • For markets where Apollo Entertainment Ltd operates under European or UK licences, eCOGRA acts as ADR for technical and payout-related disputes. While this ADR mechanism is primarily associated with UK and EU operations, the Operator may, at its discretion and subject to regulatory frameworks, make similar ADR channels available to Canadian Players.
    • For Players under the Kahnawake licence, unresolved Disputes may be escalated to the Kahnawake Gaming Commission via its dispute resolution channels.
    • For Ontario Players, certain Disputes may be escalated through processes approved by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario and iGaming Ontario, including arbitration pathways where available.

    • The relevant competent jurisdiction for Kahnawake and/or your home province/territory, for Non-Ontario Canadian Players;
    and you and the Operator hereby irrevocably submit to such jurisdiction, without prejudice to any rights you may have under consumer protection laws to bring proceedings in your home province or territory.
